Memory ‘Gold’ in Unexpected Places
I have to admit something: I am the type of person who starts off a project all gung-ho, giving 110%, and various other cliches. Then life happens and hobbies tend to fall by the wayside. Take my blog. Or should I say blogS. All three of them. In the blogosphere, my daughter is still 19-months old, I am a disgruntled office worker, and the infertility demons are winning our war.
Real life is much different: my daughter is officially into her “terrible twos”, I am a (sometimes disgruntled) stay-at-home-mom, and the demons, well, let’s just say there’s an uneasy truce… for now. But one thing has kept my attention for a while now, and that is Facebook. By default, my status updates have become my blog, and thank goodness for it. There is certainly memory gold in unexpected places. Here’s a sampling:
